Bio
The Haileys are an alt-rock band from Winnipeg, MB - members Hailey Hunter (bass/vocals), Hailey Legary (guitar/vocals), and Haley Matiation (drums/percussion) are known for their kickass live show. The band pairs gritty rock 'n' roll energy with modern pop songwriting to create hook-heavy, pop-leaning rock with relatable, tongue-in-cheek lyrics.
"The trio play riff-laden garage rock, sounding like they're ready to open for a ZZ Top arena tour" (Exclaim!, 2025)
The Haileys have provided direct support for The Beaches at The KEE to Bala, Lime Cordiale at The Danforth Music Hall, and Begonia at Club Regent Event Centre, and have had many sold-out hometown headline shows.
Festival appearances include NXNE, BreakOut West, Burt Block Party, Rockin’ the Fields of Minnedosa, Dauphin’s Countryfest, and Harvest Moon Festival, sharing stages with artists such as Arkells, Cheap Trick, Pussy Riot, July Talk, and more.
In 2025, The Haileys were named in the Top 100 Manitobans, earning front-page coverage in the Winnipeg Free Press. In 2024, The Haileys were awarded Rock Band & Female-Fronted Band of the Year at the Manitoba Loud Music Awards.
"The Haileys are a group meant to be seen live, and a reminder of rock 'n' roll's eternal quality and full potential." (Exclaim!, 2025)
